We came as a party of 12 for a golden wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the staff were so helpful. I forgot to take pictures but If you like seafood I can personally recommend the seafood board. Can't wait to visit again.
Our go to place for local Burnley food. Always good for, attentive service and good food portions. We prefer the old seating area as usually quieter and better atmosphere to me and my better half. We had a shared starter and a few drinks in the bill, so very reasonable we feel.

As a former CAMRA-accredited Landlord, I was particularly pleased to be served a perfect pint of Moorhouses Blonde Witch. It was served in a pristine glass with absolutely no nucleation sites, showcasing their commitment to quality. The cozy bar area, complete with a large open fireplace, is perfect for relaxing with a drink while browsing the menu. The selection of cask ales and varied drinks ensures there’s something for everyone. The New Waggoners also offers a wonderful outdoor seating area, ideal for fine weather days. First time visit, the mixed grill was awesome, place was warm, clean and delivered with friendly service.
Excellent food and service, definitely a 10 out of 10, had the Chicken and Mushroom pie with Chips for one option and my friend had the same but but with Mash and veg
Excellent all round. Service, staff and food. Great value for money. Celebrated our Golden Wedding anniversary with a party of 31 family and friends. Brilliant atmosphere, all in party impressed with everything.
